About the Position:
- This position involves handling, preparing, cooking, and serving food for regular, modified and special diets in an inpatient behavioral health facility. This includes maintaining clean and sanitary work, preparation and serving areas.
- Open/Close dates: 1/3/2024-until filled
- Full-time
- Hourly payrate : $13.46/hr
- $0.75/hr differentials when working weekends
- Primary Working Hours are 5:00am-1:30pm & 11:00am-7:30pm
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Primary Work Location/Department: Oklahoma Forensic Center/Food Service
- Vacancies: Multiple
- Level 1 – No requirements.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
- Upon a conditional offer of employment, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds; 20 pounds frequently and able to push and pull a maximum force of 50 pounds.

THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
